Bob Preston is the Founder and Managing Broker of North County Property Group in Del Mar, California. He is a NARPM® RMP®, MPM®, and his company has been awarded with the prestigious NARPM® CRMC® designation. He is the Past President of the California State Chapter of NARPM®, having served the state organization between 2020-2022. He is currently the NARPM® Southwest Regional Vice President and serves on the NARPM® National Board of Directors.
Bob is a frequent speaker during breakouts at NARPM® Conferences and is also the host of the highly rated Property Management Brainstorm podcast which can be found on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, and Spotify. Following a highly successful career as a Silicon Valley technology executive, Bob has reinvented his career, morphing his previous entrepreneurial experiences into his property management company and team culture.
